I ordered two things from tataharperskincare.com, and when the box showed up, one of the items was totally wrong. The weird part is the packing slip listed the correct items, so am I missing something here? Not sure where it got mixed up. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while, and now I have to go through the hassle of sending it back. I do like the products, but the order accuracy definitely wasn’t great this time.

I actually really like the skincare itself, it feels nice and does what I hoped. The pump is the part that gets on my nerves, sometimes it squirts out way too much and other times I have to press it a few times just to get anything. For the price I expected the dispenser to be a little smoother, it’s not a dealbreaker but it is annoying

I signed up because the promo seemed like a good deal, but this is where it got annoying: once I realized it had turned into a subscription, canceling was way harder than it should’ve been. I had to dig around to figure out how to stop it, and the whole process felt unnecessarily frustrating.

I really wanted this to work for me because it smells lovely and the packaging is super cute, but after a few uses my face started getting red and itchy. I have sensitive skin, so it might be fine for others, but compared to gentler products I’ve used from other brands, this felt a bit too strong. For the price, I just don’t think it’s worth it for me.

The products are nice, I’ll give them that, but for what you’re getting, I just don’t think the price makes sense. Maybe if they were a little cheaper I’d feel differently, but I can’t really justify spending that much on them

I really wanted to like this one since the brand seems all natural and stuff, but the smell was just way too much for me. It’s sort of like herbs mixed with old flowers or something, and it just sat on my face for ages.

The only thing I kind of regret is worrying about the order because the tracking didn’t update right away. For a bit, I couldn’t tell if it had actually shipped or was just sitting there, which was a little frustrating.
Once the tracking finally started moving, everything was totally fine. The box arrived in good shape, the order was correct, and overall I’m happy with it aside from that small tracking delay.

It worked out fine, but it definitely wasn’t instant. Mine took about three weeks to come through, so expecting it right away is unnecessary. Overall, good experience once it was done.

I really wanted this to work for me, but after using it my acne got noticeably worse. At first I thought it might just be a purging phase, but my skin felt more irritated and the breakouts kept popping up, so I stopped after about a week. I know everyone’s skin reacts differently, but for me personally, this just wasn’t a good match

I really wanted this to work for my red, irritated skin, and I tried to give it a fair shot. But after a couple days, my cheeks felt warm and kind of stingy, and the redness actually looked more obvious than before.

I stopped using it and, thankfully, my skin settled down again after a bit. I can accept that it might be fine for someone else, but for me, especially at this price, I was hoping for at least some calming effect. Disappointing overall.

A friend recommended Tata Harper to me, so I decided to try it for a few weeks hoping it would help with my fine lines. i didn’t notice any real difference. My skin felt okay overall, though it did feel a little dry at times, but the anti-aging claims just didn’t do much for me. For the price, I really expected more. It might work better for someone else, but for me it felt overhyped and not really worth it.

I tried it and the results were just okay. Based on my experience, it seems like this is probably one of those things that works fine, but doesn’t really wow you.
